David was phenomenal. We found our dream home but the mortgage broker kept dropping the ball and we risked losing our opportunity to buy, with two other backup buyers at the table. I don't know how he did it, but he convinced the sellers to honour our offer and extend the closing date. Twice. When certifying paperwork from the original owner/builder was missing, David contacted the city himself and expedited the process to make sure we had it all in place to minimize our risks. On top of this exceptional service he later gave me advice for selling my house myself in another city and saved me over $15k in fees. Just moments ago someone came to the door to deliver David's annual Christmas gift to us, which he has done faithfully since 2016. This man is a gem and goes the extra ten miles for all of his clients. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have used David's Real Estate services five separate times with personal purchases and selling of our homes, plus given several referrals as well through work. David recently sold our family home and also sold my company's office building. Although they were different types of transactions, both processes went smooth, and I had full confidence in David the whole time. Thought I would share my experience working with David Lawrence. Previous to moving to Kamloops (moved in 2017) I had a 25 year relationship with a real estate agent in Langley, with numerous housing and land deals that he negotiated. Needless to say with the move to Kamloops I needed to find someone else as trustworthy and reliable as what I was used to. David came highly recommended and I met with him initially just to get a feel on the personality, to see whether or not we would jive. I’m kind of a person that goes on gut instinct and I have a no bullshit personality and prefer that I deal with the same. Needless to say we were a match. I swiped right rather than left LOL. I found David and his team to be available whenever I needed him, even with the stupid questions I had to ask. With not knowing the area I totally relied on him.
